GENERAL FAQ
Where are you based?
Based in North Wiltshire, we provide design and creation services available for local delivery & set-up. Additionally, we offer nationwide shipping throughout the UK if your wedding venue is not local to the South West (set-up is not available for this service).
When should we book?
We recommend making contact as early as possible, as availability tends to fill up during peak months (April-September). For optimal planning, we advise contacting us at least 3 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time for creating your vision. Even if you're looking for last-minute assistance, we can explore options to accommodate your needs.
How do we book?
Fill out the contact form or send an email directly to discuss your details thoroughly. Please provide as much information as possible, including the type of signage and items you are interested in, your preferred materials, colour scheme, guest count, and wedding date. Upon receiving your details, we will send you a quote. A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your date, after which we can begin the design process.
How do payments work?
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of all work. Additional items can be added with another 50% non-refundable fee. Payments are made via bank transfer, with details provided in the invoice sent via email. Payment must be completed within 14 days to secure your booking.
How does the nationwide delivery option work?
We currently provide shipping services across the entire U.K. All products are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation. Tracking numbers will be shared with you on the day of shipment. We utilise custom double-walled cardboard boxes for larger signs, ensuring durability during transit. Our shipments are insured for up to £100, with the possibility to expand coverage to the full value.
Where can we find your prices?
As each piece is unique, please get in touch with your requirements and we can provide a full quote.
Do you have a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for our signage services.
Can we add items onto our existing booking?
Certainly, provided that we receive sufficient advance notice. It is advisable to inform us ahead of time if you intend to include additional items. This will allow us to assess if we are nearing full capacity.
Can we remove items for our existing booking?
Yes this is totally possible as long as the total order amount does not go below your original final balance. (excluding delivery)
What happens after we confirm our booking?
After your design consultation and confirmation of your order, the final invoice must be settled at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. Upon receipt of payment, we will create your signage. Less time-critical components will commence production promptly, with priority given to your order of the day and table plan closer to your wedding date (approximately 2-4 weeks in advance). We will maintain communication throughout this period, sharing progress updates and collecting necessary information. Once all items are finalised, your items will be created and delivered & set-up on the day at your wedding venue.
What types of signage do you offer?
We specialise in crafting on the day wedding stationery, offering a range of items from place names to welcome signs tailored to your specific wedding vision. Our most popular pieces include place names, table numbers, table plans, welcome signs, order of the day schedules, cake menus, as well as small information signs for guestbooks and bar menus.
What materials do you use?
We create the signs from sustainably sourced Birch plywood refining them through hand sanding, staining, varnishing, or painting. Care has been meticulously applied to eliminate splinters; however, occasional ones may persist, so handle the signs with caution. Large acrylic pieces are crafted from 100% recycled plastics and are completely recyclable.
How do you make the signs?
We have a range of tools and machinery in house. Everything we create is made to order and each piece is hand finished. We work with our couples closely to design each piece and make their wedding sign ideas come to life. After booking we will consult with you and begin the design process. We will send your your design proposals before the final signage is completed.
